About us
Infused was born when an idea sparked to combine an all American burger with Thai flavors. The idea was to infuse American meat Patty with the famed Thai signature Chili Basil Beef. This means combining traditional all-American concepts of a burger, with beef and basil leaves from the ever popular that dish Thai dish, "Phut Kra-pow." This was a springboard. Quickly, other dishes were cooked up one by one with inspirations pulled from culinary giants like American, Thai, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.
But these inspirations of multi-cultural dishes have a Thai family’s fingerprint. The chef and owner has been working in the industry for over a decade. Her labor in Thai and Japanese restaurants have finally found fruition and now she has the opportunity to open her own restaurant. Her husband, an engineer, has been contributing to the inspiration of the dishes, claimed executive taste tester, and facilitated the fulfillment of her dream. A dream that has finally came to fruition.

Deep fried Tofu served with homemade Thai sweet spicy sauce and green onion topping.

Stir Fried Noodle
Pan fried flat noodle with egg and bean sprouts. Topped with green onions

Pot Stickers
Stuffed ground chicken and vegetables pan fried and served with black bean soy sauce.

Spicy Udon Noodle
Pan fried Udon noodle with chili, garlic, onions, bell peppers and sweet basil.

Chili Basil Burger
Homemade beef patty marinated with garlic and Thai chili.

Khoi Soi Noodle
Homemade curry broth served with egg noodles, bean sprouts, red onions, green onions, pickled mustard, chili oil and fried wonton.
